1.  Rice paper salad – Banh trang tron

Rice paper salad is original, which is often considered one of the most flavorful dishes everyone should try in the whole of Vietnam.
The main ingredients of “Banh Trang Tron” are thin strips mixed with shredded mango, coriander, shrimp salt (“Muoi tom”), and kumquat juice. All elements blend to create an addictive taste for most food lovers.
The dish is served at almost every pavement in a metal cart rolling along every corner in Saigon.
It’s packed in a plastic bag or cup with a set of chopsticks. For the first time, you may be uncomfortable with that serving way, but its flavour will attract you. Let’s check it out when you come to Saigon.

2. Bo la lot

Bo-La-LotRiding along the crowded streets of Saigon, people often be attracted by a fragrant and spicy smell of grilled rolls of beef from moving-stalls blurred in the smoke from charcoal flame.
The roll wrapped up in the wild piper lolot leaf has become a favorite Vietnamese snack, particularly in the south of Vietnam.
There are two common ways to eat Bo La Lot to wrap the rice paper roll with rice noodles, pickles, vegetables, and herbs and to dip the sauce named ” Mam Nem” or enjoy it with loaf bread.

3. Vietnamese Pizza – Banh trang nuong

Bánh Tráng Nướng (known as Vietnamese Pizza) is super popular street food snack in Saigon. It is a quick dish made from a base of rice paper and grilled over charcoal and covered it by pork floss, dried prawn, egg or various other toppings. The top layer is garnished with fresh herbs and served with chilli sauce. This Pizza is surely one you’ll crave in the middle of the night.

4. Oc (Vietnamese Shellfish)

Oc is an exciting snack for sharing with your buddies over some chilly beer! Anyone who’s been Vietnam will notice that Vietnamese people order all dishes to share each other. You can choose to have them cooked in various ways from fried to steamed, sauteed, or grilled with many flavour options like cheese, butter… The fresh raw seafood is displayed on the shelf for you to easily choose which one you love to order.
This is a great place to spend time with friends to share the stories in your life.
