3. Vietnamese Pizza – Banh trang nuong
Bánh Tráng Nướng (known as Vietnamese Pizza) is super popular street food snack in Saigon. It is a quick dish made from a base of rice paper and grilled over charcoal and covered it by pork floss, dried prawn, egg or various other toppings. The top layer is garnished with fresh herbs and served with chilli sauce. This Pizza is surely one you’ll crave in the middle of the night.
4. Oc (Vietnamese Shellfish)
Oc is an exciting snack for sharing with your buddies over some chilly beer! Anyone who’s been Vietnam will notice that Vietnamese people order all dishes to share each other.
